Diagnosis

Midlobe of mesoscutum with posterior 1/3 with raised reticulation; scutellum with engraved reticulation; mesoscutum and scutellum metallic bluish-green; femora predominantly dark brown; hind tibial spur long, LS/LT = 0.32; forewing with postmarginal vein long, PM/ST = 2.5; petiole transverse, LP/WP = 0.6; female gaster elongate, MM/LG = 0.6, and with 1^st tergite with posteromedian 1/3 predominantly with punctures.
